Sanja Kopunović Legetin, Master of Theology and Religious Education Teacher
For over ten years, she has been actively engaged in primary and secondary schools and has established herself as one of the leading experts in the field of pastoral pedagogy, mental health of children and youth, and humanitarian school programs. She is employed at Popovac Primary School, where she leads numerous projects focused on tolerance, mediation, non-violence, student well-being, and the development of humanitarian activities.
She is a member of several professional committees at the level of the Đakovo-Osijek Archdiocese, author of columns and educational materials, and lecturer and workshop facilitator for marriage and family animators. In the 2022/2023 school year she advanced to the title of mentor teacher, and since that same year has been leading the County Professional Council of Religious Education Teachers of Osijek-Baranja County.
Through her work and commitment, Sanja continuously promotes the values of dialogue, empathy, family unity, and educational-humanitarian values in school and social life.
In the non-profit humanitarian association Mirotvorci, she holds the position of project coordinator for Peacemaker in the Osijek-Baranja County area.
