Iva Cikoja, Master of Social Work of Social Work
Through her education and additional training, she develops strong organizational and communication skills. She graduated from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Mostar, and also completed training as an EU Project Manager, thereby expanding her knowledge in the preparation and monitoring of project documentation and activity coordination.
At the Mirotvorci Association, she serves as an administrator, providing support in daily operations, managing necessary documentation, and participating in the organization of program implementation. She stands out for her precision, responsibility, and empathy, and her approach contributes to the stable and orderly functioning of the association.
